Herba Supplements Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Money-back Guarantee Policy
We have a 30-day return & money-back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition—this means it should be unopened, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not charge a restocking fee, and all returns come with free return shipping.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@herba-supplements.co.uk with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

If Return package was lost/stolen

Herba-Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation methods when shipping.

NO FINAL SALE ITEMS
Unlike other stores, we do not designate any items as "final sale." All eligible items can be returned or exchanged within the 30-day period.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and mention that you want an exchange. Once the return is approved and processed, we will send out the replacement item.

Cancellation

Feel free to cancel your order at no cost before it is shipped. Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at help@herba-supplements.co.uk or call 07455345284 to initiate the cancellation process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
