30-Day Return & Money-back Guarantee Policy
We have a 30-day return & money-back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resellable condition—this means it should be unopened, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not charge a restocking fee, and all returns come with free return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:
Email us at help@herba-supplements.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. -
Return Authorization:
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. -
Package the Item:
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any inserts or accessories. -
Include Return Details:
Please include your order number inside the package so we can match it with your return request. - Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label.
- If returning for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is still free.
- However, Herba Supplements is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using tracking and delivery confirmation.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@herba-supplements.co.uk.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Send clear photos and a description of the issue to help@herba-supplements.co.uk. We’ll ensure a replacement is sent to you at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same return process mentioned above.
- Let us know in your message that you’d like to exchange the item.
- Once we receive and process the return, we’ll ship the replacement product.
Lost or Stolen Return Packages
We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or undelivered. Please make sure to use a trackable and insured shipping method, especially if you’re not using our prepaid label.
No Final Sale Items
Unlike other retailers, we do not label any items as final sale. All eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
