Total delivery time consists of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. All orders made before 12:00pm are processed within 1 business day. We will then ship it once we have processed it.
Orders are dispatched via our trusted carrier, DPD.
Note: We currently sell products in the United Kingdom. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

- Shipping times may experience delays during public holidays, as courier services typically reduce their operations during these periods. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume promptly following each holiday.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may also contribute to delivery delays.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress to your doorstep.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Herbal supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In case of an error, please contact us immediately at the address below.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at the address below. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or processing a refund.
