What is the cost of shipping, and where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

  • For orders under £105, the shipping cost is £6.00.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over £105.
    DPD delivers all orders in two to four business days.

How can my order be tracked?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order's delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return & money-back guarantee. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. We provide free return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Simply email us at help@herba-supplements.co.uk with your order details. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Exchanges are also available within 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

When will I receive my refund?
